An application fee of $50 must be paid to start the rental process. 

You can pay through our Venmo account @Squarefeet-LLC and list the apartment address.  We will need  half of first's month's rent (refundable) to hold the apartment. The final security deposit will be one or two months rent depending on landlord requirements. 

To move forward you will need to submit the below documents. 

1) Complete and email rental application 

2) Employer verification form

3) Landlord verification form

4) Two copies of your most recent paystubs

5) A copy of a government issued ID
